When we posted we asked if anyone either worked in a sex shop or knew the owner/manager who would let us play in the shop. That would definitely ruin the experience however I believe the idea is to get the permission of the shop owner or manager.

Frankly I cannot see a customer to a sex shop complaining to the police because he saw a naked woman!!

I guess they are pretty much as anyone would imagine them to be - racks of xxx magazine's, videos & sex toys. Some will have video booths & some I have visited overseas will have strippers or even live sex shows.

I was the Manager and had sole responsibility of the running of the Store. And it did happen a few times

I don't know if it is still there but a huge sex shop opened in the Lace Market area of Nottingham several years ago. Not seedy at all, very bright, open... More like blockbusters video than a sex shop... I have heard of some sex shops with a glory hole at the back... Now THAT would be fun

The unfortunate truth is most of them are on a 'tolerated' license from the council and know they will be closed down if there is any badly timed inspection or public complaint.

But some fairly discrete fun in and around the changing rooms shouldn't be a problem and is far more acceptable than general shops without the over 18 rule.
