Seems to be a current trend of people meeting you and not displaying the verifications you sent them. Is it an insult or a way of saying not meeting again...just be honest would be easier.

Any thoughts to add?

I would have thought you'd be more bothered by the verifications they leave you? We've only displayed half of ours as after a while it just gets repetitive.

I change how I show my veris based on my likes at the time.

Sometimes depends if I’m clubbing and definitely depends on what they write. There’s some I don’t show because I don’t like what they’ve written.

The guys can over think what that means all they want. Not my job to explain myself to them.

Don’t over think it. It’s not an insult. And if they don’t wanna see you again they’ll say. Not everything needs to be taken as being dishonest or rude.

Personally If detail like my name is included I tend to not display or if its extremely graphic.

Don't take it personal.

It really is no one else's business and overthinking will probably do more harm than good.

We display a handful of recent verifications, that is all anyone needs to see that we are genuine. There's one or two old meets we would rather forget, they are also not displayed.

I dont display veris who i meet is my business. I wouldn't be bothered if someone didnt display my veri either. Its a bit cringe when you get a message along the lines of ‘i see you’’ve met such and such that means you’d like me’ or ‘i see you have a veri from X rude of you not to meet me’

As a rule I dont display my veries unless someone asks to see them in which case I'm happy to share. I just think its an indicator that someone is semi serious about meeting if they ask the see them. Same for sharing face pics

The last two posts have missed the point. OP is talking about the case where somebody generally displays veris but haven't displayed his. Obviously a whole different story for somebody that never or rarely displays any.

Someone could message them who received it and kick up a fuss just because they got rejected it happens

The amount of profiles I've seen stating "if you've got to many verifications I won't meet you"

How many is too many

I've seen some amazing profiles with loads and to me that says they're living their best life doing what they want to do .

I've never asked for veris and to be honest think I only have one , but if if a verifications is a deal breaker then so be it .

If someone can't chat to me and figure out I'm real and might float their boat then so be it .

A WhatsApp video call usually sorts the wheat from the chaff

People have different strategies for displaying veries.

I don't display all of mine because I don't like what some have written and others are people I really don't want to be associated with ever again due to their behaviour after we met.

On the flip side I have met people at various socials and verified them after chatting for a good part of the evening and they have not returned the favour.

Some of those have displayed my verification while some haven't even acknowledged my existence.

It's horses for courses and I don't dwell on it too long.

I display some and not others usually down to what they've written. I do not want sexual details on my verifications that is private between me and the other person etc.

I don't mind suggestive hints but a blow by blow account no thanks.

I am not saying that is what you wrote I am just saying for me personally that is usually the reason as to why.

Obviously I cannot say what their reason is.

There are lots of reasons we wouldn't display a verification. It's too graphic, it's somebody who has met us, had a quick chat and then try to make it suggest we played, they aren't relevant to our target crowd, it's a host saying thank you for attending an event or somebody verifying they have seen us on webcam on the rare occasion we play online. It could also be the verification is now old and not relevant.

I show about half of mine. Many of the ones I don't display are simply because they don't add anything new to the already long read.

For example if we met at a social and has a polite chat but didn't have any kind of connection or continuation afterwards I'd probably leave the Veri up for a few weeks and then hide it.

I've also been verified by a woman who was at the same social event as me but never actually spoke to. I don't display that one either.

We intially made ours public and then decided against it.

Hidden verifcations for couples is not a problem in our judgement but as we are looking for guys only, hidden verifications by many guys, when we see them, they are often webcam only, possibly why guys hide them, just guessing

Other times, some will say I will send you a copy, that does not work with us as we have seen a few peoples veris where the one or two feedbacks, the feedbackers profiles are all hidden, so not for us

If talking then considering a meet, seek to read verifications on;line

If you are not sure re meet, meet in a public place and tell friend - we also at times have asked for the person we want to meet, to hold up our username against their face, and a few, small miniorty have not responded.

its like meeting a person at a bark, park etc, you dont know who they are and may even carry fals id - here at least you'll have veris by several for some people/couples and what we do at times, get them to hold your username next to their face - but first meets etc, do your homewrk and tell a friend who u seeing to reduce risk

juding by the time this site has been around, thosands of good meets i guess

Because some weirdos on here have gone through my veris and contacted them and used my name trying to get themselves a meet

Because I don’t like what the veri says - if it’s graphic I won’t display it.

Because it’s my profile and I run it how I like.

Your profile, your choice. The potential guest can decide if to go ahead with a meet or not. Personally, we would not meet anyone that did not share their veris but this only comes up if we are genuinely consdiering visiting them

I don't display veris with too much detail in, or if they've left the site their veris go too.
