Hi guys.one of us appears to have a stalker. Getting phone calls and threatening answer phone messages and texts. Can see everything we do on fab yet we blocked. Messaging people we have met etc. Knows where we live as well.

Have reported it to admin requesting to block the ip address is this possible? And would it be ok to see the police or will they not do anything. Thanks for any advice in advance

Go straight to the police.

Threats to you or your family/friends are always taken seriously by the police.

Admin will assist the police, but can not give you information regarding other users for obvious reasons.

Sounds like they have set up another profile to look at you if you have blocked them but they are still _iewing your profile.

Start making a log of all the calls, pm's, messages etc.

Inform the police, they will take it seriously, they don't care if it's a swinging site or not, they'll still investigate.

Block the number or just ignore. Chances are they might see this and enjoy the fact they've shaken you. Or get a play phone in future?

Block and report every time they appear.

Admin will either ban them or you after a while.

the more you react, they more they get off on it.. just block them.

have no communication with them at all.... no updates etc etc.

they will get bored

Any threats left are evidence the police can work on and best left to them. Contact them and let them know the situation and good luck.

All really good advice from everyone. Have you considered going into your message filters and blocking mail from any new site members? He could open as many profiles as he liked but at least he can't message you x

Stalkers get off on having power over their victims and by invading your privacy. Cut him off as best you can and you're back in control again x

Deffo block new members from contacting you via filters, also contact your phone network provider and get the number blocked.. Certainly would inform the police as he knows where you live... Besides that coppers are hot in uniform, maybe you would get a new swinger playmate if the investigating cop is nice good luck x x x

Harassment via social media, text and email is against the law these days and is a public order offence of some sort I believe. I had a similar problem and after furnishing the boys in blue with the person in questions email, screen name on the site we were on and his phone no. , the whole thing went away very quickly.

Just make a record of times, dates, what happened, how you felt intimidated..... And away ye go.

He only has the control over you which you let him have.

or block messages from non site supporters, that way it will cost him/her £5 to send you a message

Tell them if they don't stop you will get the police involved.

This.

The police can take their PC, laptop or mobile phone for forensic investigation.

Also your Internet Service Provider has to keep a copy of every website you visit for a year. They also have to keep a copy of every email you send and receive. So the police will be easily able to find out if he has been making lots of profiles.

There is an app you can download on your phone calle Mr Number..blocks all contacts from a number...has been a lifesaver

Call into your local Police Station and report it ASAP.

There's some right nutters out there.

Also, keep a detailed diary.

The Police may be able to use it as evidence if they prosecute the offender.
