In summer we regularly go to Cap d'Agde, but want a similar destination in January for a 'Special Birthday'. We were considering Maspalomas but have heard the dunes are closed and people are being fined. Does anyone have any recommendations? We enjoy naturist resorts, but where play is also accepted. We are aware that not all naturist resorts are like this and respect everyones prefereances. Thats why Cap d'Agde works for us.

Any ideas for winter sun and fun?

Haven’t heard that about the dunes but if your wanting more info for that area try the Spain forum I’m sure you’ll find lots of direction there also offers lol

We went in January to PDI and it was busy enough, but didn't go to the dunes due to fear of fines etc. From what I gather they are taking a pretty hard line.

Yep, dunes are off limits to protect the natural environment and erosion of the habitat, nothing to do with morals. They are restricting access to the paths but people do try to find spots to have fun but drones and patrols are issuing fines.

Still plenty of other spots in PDI to have fun including the Venus and Mirage lifestyle resorts.

Went last January they stop patrolling the dunes about 1pm so from 2 o’clock it’s safe to go in dunes aren’t as busy as they used to be but still fun going on more so playa del ingles end
