I've had a few meets off of Fab swingers which I initiated. While talking them I've found out they never message or wink at men, "I don't need to".

So my question is do women actually make contact or let others do that first?

Yes I do

I prefer it in fact cause at least I know there is some attraction on my side

I’ve turned my messages off from men for now as it gets too much.

Yes they do. On here in the past as a single guy I've had a hand full to be fair. Of which I guess indicates I was doing something right as a single guy. I would say about 60% of them were off the back of participation on the forums.

Obviously we've had a few from single ladies as a couple. But I would say we've both had more as singles than as a couple. I guess because chiefly most single ladies prefer to find singles by choice.

I'd suggest most ladies would be better served doing so, they know better than any words in a profile (assuming people read it) can describe what they seek.

Our single lady friends on here always message first because they says that 99% of the messages they get are not worth the effort so rather than work through all the messages they would rather approach those that they would like to meet rather than wait to be approach.

The funny thing is that often when they do message they are met with suspicion. I know that when a single female messages or winks us we immediately treat them as fake and they have to work hard to convince us they are genuine.

Such is the way with fab.

Yes I have (male) mainly from a kink perspective, one turned into a stunning D/s relationship, plus a few fun testing plays.

L has a few girlfriends that COVID and circumstance took away.

Both are ready to play again.

So yes we have both been contacted by fun females.

It's often a very busy time in fab, if you're not a man, when message filters aren't in place. This absorbs lots of time and attention, reducing that available for others. The Inbox may deliver sufficient contacts to obviate the need to contact men, for sure. But many of us do search and make first attempts.

I don't look at winks and don't use them- however the male part of the couple looks at them and also uses them.

As a SF I also didn't msg people first generally, women are inundated on here. However I also didn't really meet from here I used to (and still do as a couple) only meet in clubs.

Re my Mrs, it's always me as she says she is not itnerested but we look at the shortlists together and even then she trusts my judgement. Mrs will tell me to leave the room on a meet when we used to have several meets every few months.

In theory it would be best for women to block all single men but make the first move on the men they interested in as it eliminates (or limits) unwanted attention from the men they not keen on

I give her the benefit of doubt though; running her through my personal verification procedure, she passed, we met and all good.

Only somewhat.

It was only because it was my first and I’d never had one before. It felt unusual and I always err on the side of caution regardless.

It’s also as the old adage goes, “If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is” which typically is the case… but not on this occasion
