What are the best sites? Always hard to trust some pictures and even though I get 0 results on one I’d love to know of some more

Yandex is easily the best. If you use firefox install the "Search By Image" add on.

Click on any pic and you get a new option to search by image. Most fake profiles just flip or crop the image and Yandex is quite good at recognising flipped and cropped images
