I've used a bath mate Goliath before,mainly makes you a lot thicker for 2 to 3 hours probably add half an inch in length too.

Be careful with how long you stay in and pressure if you are going to try!

True in the long term maybe, but a pump will make it temporary bigger for a few hours in my experience for around 8 inches to around 8.5 and in girth from just over 6 to nearly 7.

Not sure how it will effect others.
