Hi all

Just thinking aloud and welcome any constructive ideas or thoughts...

I have a nice modern flat in a good area, nice views etc.....and thinking should I carry on renting it out like normal or is there a call for a swingers rental pad......lol

Kent

Well if you have permanent tenants you know you'll have constant income.

Although I'm sure you'd probs get some swingers using it it won't be all the time so the income will be less. X

Very true......

Average monthly rental is 750 a month..at present so if rents for more than 10 days / nights a month at 75, its break even

It make sure there's plenty of sub's at the parties. A few licks of a whip and the cleanings done for you. That's the cheaper option x

Where would the demand come from? And that's probably the least of your worries.

I used to work at a naturist spa/swingers club and we had to do the cleaning at the end of the day/night. Not many cleaners will pick up used condoms and change dirty sheets even with their marigolds on

I was going to say get laminate flooring, but then are you liable if someone has a slip on a wet floor??
