If you want privacy, you need to take it to another method of contact.

Hi op

It's not possible within the cam rooms, so alternative option would be needed off the site unless obviously everyone else is asleep

It is possible.

You both need to go to an empty room.

View each others cam, then leave the room.

If nobody came in the room while you were doing this you will both be private.
