get a whirling douche to start off with, then get a butt plug and start using it. wank with it in preferably. a prostage massager would be a good investment too.

Not sure if that actually answered the question

If you are asking as to what the steps are of preparing for anal sex ON THE DAY......what you wanna do is firstly get yourself a douche, make sure that you go to the loo roughly 1 hr or less before engaging in sex and empty the tank (stay on the loo considerably longer than usual) then use your douche and rinse it in there multiple times....then you'r good to go!

Note: the above is based on research done in order to introduce an ex to the act therefore you may want to seek further advise from others with first hand experience! Good Luck!

That was advice to building up. A clean butt gives you more confidence to play with your arse. Start by using fingers (with plenty of lube). But if you don't enjoy it then no point in continuing.

I been trying to relax with anal had my first try of ita year ago.had a ball.myass hurted like hell afterwards and it put me off doing it again. I have done it since and I took fab suggestions and they do work. Thanks fab plus I needed to relax and trust my partner as well.lots of lube helped too.
