Tight or normal forskin

One of my partners has asked me about the forskins I’ve seen before? And it’s something I can’t say I’ve noticed. He says that he feels he has a tight forskin as it’s didn’t naturally come back when erect? When it does it locks under the helmet? He asks if it should moved freely and loosely ? Going back and forth as it’s wanked off. I’m stumped and now need answers !!

That's correct, normally a foreskin should move that way x

Yeah it should move.

He's lucky it locks, mine didn't and it hurt like hell, till I had an operation to sort it out.
