Yeah insanity! In my experience only 1 in 3 accounts would reply to thanks for the wink messages

I thought a wink overrode the persons filters? If they wink you, you can message.

Did just that recently and got the reply below, it went on in same vein for a while with them accusing me of not reading their profile etc (I had) eventually had to block them.

Me: Thanks for the wink love the pics, Mrs is very sexy what are you looking for?

Them: Not you, we only returned your own wink to be polite, sorry. Guess you did not read our profile

If a couple winks to us and we like them, we wink back, but usually we won't message them. We wait for them to send the first message. If we wink and they wink back, then we are the ones that start with the first message.

If we receive a wink but their profile is not compatible, we do not wink back, just a message saying thanks for the wink and thanks but no thanks (saying we do not feel it profiles are a match).

Yes that's what I do.,there are few method folks use,Wink because they like your pictures or Profile,Wink because they are too shy to send first message So they send Hopeful wink hopping they get message to start conversation .,Some start conversation Some send back simple messy saying You're welcome ..

That’s what I thought, rudeness doesn’t usually bother me I know people get a lot of crap messages but why return a wink if not interested??

Being polite with people nice enough to look at our profile and reach out. To the ones that wink and we like, we wink back and wait for a message. If they don't, they were not interested enough, so no point in wasting time reaching out to them. We have enough meets, so we prefer to spend our time with those genuinely interested, see what they are about.
