Went to the doctors and was referred. Consultant wanted to do a circumcision but I’d read about preputioplasty before I’d went. The standard seems to be to just circumcise you but I’d recommend not doing that if possible.

10years since it was done and it really transformed my sex life as I never got any pain again.

I recommend circumcision. I had mine about 20yrs ago.feels so much better than having foreskin.

Depends, what you define as Phimosis!

1) Does it retract fully when flaccid?

2) Does it retract at all when errect?

3) Does the Head bend down?

I was diagnosed with phimosis, it wasn’t that at all though!

I can retract fully when flacid it’s just erect it won’t come back over the head

Used to have it.

Didn't realise not retracting was a thing.

Then a rather enthusiastic young lady pulled a little too hard. There was lots of blood, now I have two scars on the inside and my phimosis is cured...

Yea same for me I was an adult before I realised it was supposed to come back during sex. It’s never caused me any discomfort though and I’m attached to the little guy so won’t be getting it removed!

Retracts flaccid, not when erect..only recently started thinking it may be an issue...honestly didn't know it was supposed to slide back when erect until watching videos..hasn't really caused a problem though

I suffered for years and then finally when going through the booking of a vasectomy I mentioned it and the suggestion was circumcision. Carried out a week after vasectomy all went well and ill be honest the satisfaction now is untold! Makes sex amazing again! Mr x
