Photo verification taking a long time

Hey there. My partner can’t log into her fab account that she created until she’s photo verified however it’s been several hours and still isn’t verified. She has her face and both hands showing and the correct username and site name on the sheet. It won’t give any feedback if it’s correct or not and she can’t contact the admins as she has no access to the site until she’s photo verified. Any help would be appreciated.

The people who verify the photo's are volunteers and are probably chilling and enjoying their Saturday night. Best give to until tomorrow or Monday before querying it.

That happened us too, no feedback to say it had been rejected. Is she too far away in the pic? We cropped ours, resubmitted and it was approved within 15 mins.

It’s been a over a day now. Having uploaded pictures fitting the criteria and still no sign of a photo verification.

No she’s quite close to the camera and both hands and face are visible in the picture. It’s been over a day and still no sign of being verified. We have resubmitted a picture within the last 12 hours and still nothing.

There could be a number of reasons. If she sends a message to Admin while logged out ,mentioning her username they will check it for her.
