Our profile has not been getting notifications of winks how do i report this?

By 'notifications', do you mean on your homepage? Or do you mean, no email notification?

If no new winks are showing in your homepage, is it possible that one of you have already checked? This means new winks wouldn't show when the other logs in. You can still click on them though, and view all recent winks.

If you aren't receiving email notifications, this is likely to be a setting. The below link will take you to it (copy and paste rather than click)
