Hull swingers

Hi all just after opinions. Knowing that there is a huge demand for swinging around the Hull and Humber region i am looking at purchasing some land to create a state of the art swinging club. I have experience of many clubs. Id be looking at basing it on the kestrels/abfabs from Heathrow. I greatfully recieve you responses and any potential partners. Thanks Mike

I think its a great idea in principal.theres a definite business opportunity in that there's nothing of its kind within a fair distance.one thing id be wary of is the Jurassic labour council and the local paper vilifying such a venture.its been tried half-heartedly in the past.i think its a great idea and possibly a profitable one but its a city with a village mentality.good luck

Thought you had one (a club) up there that was attracting a bit of unwarranted attention thanks to a local woman who 'claimed' someone had opened up a profile in her name on here.???

There was a thread about on here towards the end of last year...

At present just brothels/massage parlours which are periodically raided by the police,there have been a few attempts at club type places but basically it was a knocking shop

Hull has been described as the Peoples Republic of Hull because it is a bit out on a limb. To make a club work you would need to attract a clientele from outside the city as well as within - so you need to do some serious homework. How many genuine swingers are there in Hull? How many would visit a club on a regular basis? How many genuines swingers are there in a 50-100 mile radius? How likely would they be to travel to a club in Hull? Etc etc etc. Would suggest you put together your plan, make some assumptions on pricing, numbers, cost etc and see if it looks viable. You won't be competition to Kestrels/Abs so you might want to arrange a visit to the owners there and see if they can provide some insight. Good luck.

Scunthorpe is a town dying on it's arse, it also refused to have an Ann Summers on the High Street a number of years back, because it would be offensive.

A swingers club will neither save it from dying on it's arse, nor ever be granted planning permission!

Sounds like a good idea to me. I believe there's a fairly decent sized swing community in around hull and there's certainly not much in the area already!

I think It would need to be on the north bank of the Humber because that's where most of the people live. Also sorry to the Scunthorpe people you would have a choice between hull and Doncaster then.

Would be great to have a club in hull but it all the people what will not agree with it but I'm sure the empty building down bean street would be a suitable place for a club check it out close proximity to town centre short route to the station good spot that is.
