When reading these forums in my free time (at work ), I'm fascinated by the sheer volume of advice that is from a very personal perspective being presented as if it's the absolute truth. For example, being told women don't like this, couples prefer this etc.

Possibly the biggest thing I get from these discussions is that for every view (I hate text speak) there's an opposite one (I use it all the time).

I wouldn't say for the most part people are judgemental on here however, they know what THEY want, and feel no need to compromise. It's a fascinating world out there with as many different points of view and preferences as there are people

I suspect that might be a chicken/egg discussion. I suspect many of the friends you mention it to, are your friends because they might have similar open minded (not necessarily legged) approaches to swinging. If you were to have the same conversation with people who weren't your friends perhaps the response might be different.

Besides I was referring more to the media/public portrayal of swinging. I don't think most of the population see it as a threesome.

We had friends that we let slip to that we were at the time going to a party and they thought it was interesting.
