Never been to one.But decided to get checked out on a regular basis.

Are they free? And do you just turn up or make an appointment I know these may sound silly questions to many on here, but thanks in advance.

All free, I went yesterday, made a late night booking. The staff were great, even when I passed out after my jab lmao.

any one can come to gum at my sauna club on a friday 1pm to 430pm and as a lot of people are coming its going to be on a thursday soon as well 330pm to 630pm we are a new swingers sauna club and you do not have to pay to get in the club to come to the gum see blackpool connections in clubs

Normally I go every 4 weeks. But that's due to numbers of partners. The most i will leave it is 8 weeks. And that's when I haven't played.
