A couple I have introduced to the site can no longer access the site and it's saying they need to be photo verified before they can log in again.

Has anyone got an idea as to why ?

That’s strange. We’ve never been photo verified. Did you leave them a meet verification?

Think it happens with some couples but they should be able to contact admin from link at bottom of home page before logging in.

Easy solution - just get photo verified as a couple! Generally most of the people who don’t want to are not couples but a man pretending

It's because they have to prove they are a couple. Lots of people have to photo verify before being able to use the site.

If they want to use the site then they will have to do it.

It happens sometimes. I know we had to photo veri on my couples account when my Fwb and I started one. It's not a big deal to do a photo veri if it's a genuine account.

Have they had an account before? I've had a few and now need to photo veri before I can access it. However my fb set up our couples account and we didn't need photo veri. He's only had one account of his own before x

The reason is to cut down on the fake profiles. It's easy to do and they don't need to show their faces, just hold up a piece of paper with their username.

You do need to show your face while holding the pic or a full nude with no face

It's not easy by technology available a meet in person verification doesn't guarantee any truth unless you've met them also personally or within a club
