not far from Brighton

Living on the outskirts of Brighton, you'd think there would be a swingers club nearby, or a converted house that is used for parties... but nope not that I've been able to find.

I'm wondering if there is anyone that has any ideas of a location that could be hired for parties in the Sussex area? Or ideas on how to approach someone that has an air b and b, that could be used for to host a party?

Whenever I've travelled to a club, it's been a great night and I love the house party vibe.. but it takes the fun away abit when you have to drive for over an hour to attend one in London.. and parking is such a mission.

I'm thinking Crawley area, or nearby..

If I found a location for this, how many people would be interested in a Sussex based house party?

Bristol Gardens is in Brighton. I don't think you can hire it, but I'm told it's a nice club.

Bghs isn't a swingers club.. its a nudist spa with 'rest rooms' upstairs, and if you try and touch each other anywhere else in the spa you'll be asked to leave, possibly banned.

I'm looking for something more like HOP in Sutton, where you have rooms you can play in, a lounge area to sit and chat in, and a bar area.

Yes it's mad isn't it? There is no scene down here at all that I can find. Socials obviously but why no clubs? BGHS is nice but it's not a club!

I am surprised there is nothing near you.. I live near blackpool in Lancs and there are half a dozen clubs/hotels there at least. then more as you head out towards preston and manchester

I know there are very good house parties in Worthing. X

But are these parties that are just for that particular click?

The parties at HOP in Sutton bring the house party vibe, but aren't restrictive in who can attend, so you get a good mix of people, and it's not just the same faces every time.

Many years ago there was an excellent house party just outside Brighton... since then pretty much nothing.

Just looked up houses to rent for party and seems you can rent a stag house or hen house that sleeps 22 people so that might be an idea
