Jealousy shouldn't play a part in swinging, but if it does rear it's ugly head, how have you dealt with it?

We met a cpl once at ours and the fem went mad when we all started playing, she started on me in our own home!hubby had to kick them out, then they asked if they could meet us again as she had got over it!!! We didnt even reply, they had never played before so now we only meet people who have played before

It's a horrid corrosive thing. Especially when spiced with a dash of envy and perpetrated by people who have the least reason for it.

we find the way to avoid it is to discuss what you are or are not prepared to do. We discuss everything and have avoided the issue

Jealousy = insecurity, anyone who has insecure issues shouldn't be involved with swinging.

Agree...avoid at all costs when you see it happening

Its a very nasty and destructive emotion

it should never reach that point because if the couple in question have discused the whole issue of swinging and were happy to become involved then it wouldn't be an issue, it's when the male ( and i say that openly) brings a partner into the scene who isn't or doesn't want to be a part in it that the jealousy issue rise's to the surface.

no one and i mean no one should become involved in anything that they aren't 100% happy to be involved in, and those that do so and aren't are heading for an almighty falling out because of it, to often swinging is seen as a fix to a relationship thats in trouble already, but infact it's not a fix it's just the oposit as it fuels a fear thats already set into motion.

so unless your so foolhardy as to think you can cope even though your not sure that you want to be doing it,then the rule of thumb is ,,,,,, stay well away from anything that your not sure about because your only going to either hurt yourself or those around you

My ex-Wife was jealous of me even talking to other Women but when it came to swinging she loved it.

Mind you, we talked over the whole issue of swinging for months before, so she was very clear in her head that is was just sex and not an affair and she would be present, watch and take part.

Maybe that is the problem - couples who do not talk it through or the Wife is in a position where she is not entirely happy with the idea.

i dont deal with jealous people which is why i dont meet couples, ive had it in the past a few times where the couples have fell out in front of me over whats going on, its not my problem, i dont see why i should be cought in the middle of insecure couples trying to be trendy swingers when its obviously not for them, that was the point i decided id sooner just meet men so i bunged on my profile straight and ive not met a female for years, its so much easier

We met a couple we had been chatting to for a while for a drink but also the chance of playing that night.

All was going well until Zoe got up and went to the loo. The blokes eyes followed her ass all the way through the pub closly watched by his wife who turned all green and then started making rules as to what Zoe and him could do if we all played. we called a halt to the night and made a hasty retreat.

i would say a little jealousy is healthy, shows your still attracted to each over, just as long as it doesnt take over...

if we have a prob we talk n talk, if we ever met someone and thought it was gonna be a prob then we wouldnt meet...
