I’m sure someone will know how to blur properly but I know you can “stick” emojis in certain places on videos on Snapchat (you can add when editing) and they stay put on where you’ve stuck them on moving objects. I’ve used it to hide tattoos in videos

Wear masks it's easier than trying to edit faces out of videos

"for every program there is to blur or pixelate a picture or video there is one to un blur or un pixelate"

This is not true.

The blurring fundamentally changes the file.

There is no longer anything “under” the blur.

That is now the image.

This is true.

The individual images that make the files are all changed.

We use an app on Android called VLLO.

It allows you to create a blur, mosaic or even image and track the movement from frame to frame.

Best of all, no adverts if you pay a few quid.

We use it for all our videos.

Wear some 90's sports gear. Bounce around a bit and get Phil Daniels involved........although I may have misunderstood what you meant by Blur videos.

We have been looking for good editing apps, even asked for some recommendations, but we ended up finding "perfect me" really good can do loads without paying.
