An easy to use method but first time feels strange but remember to use it a little while before not immediately before.

Relax. Plenty of lubricant and if there’s unwanted plop then accept it’s part and parcel. So put a towel down and shower/ wash after. May not happen but at end of day if your in that area it’s going to happen regardless. It’s no big deal x.

You can get enema capsules over the counter at any chemist. I can't remember the name of mine, but you just pop them in a few hours before, and it'll clear you out. Decent shower and your good to go.

Pretty much this.

Fill for 5 seconds and then dump. 3-4 times and you'll be empty.
