Falling out of lust with Fab

I've been meeting on here a lot lately and the spark isn't there for me like it used to be.

What do you do when you're not 'feeling it' anymore or when you're not finding what you're looking for?

Take a break?

Ride it out until the feeling returns?

Probably best to take a break and think about what you want to do. Figure out what would make you happiest.

Usually hide my profile. Been on here for yrs, but currently questioning why im still here, seems to have lost some of the allure and constantly endless messaging in conversations that end up as a waste of everyone's time. Full of fantasists im finding.

Maybe the answer is to talk to more men? Surely you get hundreds of messages? TALK to the guys you’ll find one who floats your boat.

To get other people excited and open, you need to be excited and open. So many on here are cautious and evasive which means the person you talk to will be cautious and evasive. Not exactly mood setting, more like a blind date sympathy fuck. Eww.

I go through stages where I'm just not feeling it, tbh kinda get immune to photos etc after a while, sometimes we hide the profile others I just browse the forums and ignore messages until I'm feeling it again, real life requires more attention at times and fab isn't high on the priorities.

I am feeling the same too many messages unanswered, or ghosted, so after my membership runs out I won't be renewing my sire supporters and will just use the forum.

It's not worth ghe wasted energy looking for someone on here

We delete our mobile app and just log in from time to time.

Once we get back to real face to face meets, all seems to right itself.

Just using social media will drive you mad.

I sometimes feel like that, I take a break. Usually one of us will stay active and chatting whilst the other continues to engage. I tend to just avoid the inbox and reading statuses when im not in the head space for it and stick with the forums

the gutter looking at the stars (S.Australia)

been a member for years and i always say that Fab comes in waves, with clear peaks and troughs. You go through periods where every time you log in its fun and exciting, great chats new people etc. This inevitably then gets followed by a period of logging in and just thinking "urgggghh". As others have said, take a break give it some down time and come back later if you miss it.

For the record im in a bit of an "urrggghhh" period but im sure it will pass eventually

I'm new to this and haven't managed to arrange a meet yet, anyone got any tips of how I go about getting myself out there and finding some genuine people who will give me the chance?

Try going to a large organised social in your area. It’s a good way to meet a few people at the same time. You can get verified and it’s a great starting point.

I agree with the suggestion of attending a social. Have been to a few since the beginning of the year which has already led to some fun and making new friends. Seeing one of the lovely ladies who I've met at socials tonight

Nothing works, I've fucked so much pussy, I don't care anymore what they're like.

I'm on a new exploration of getting fucked with all that gorgeous cock and really feeling it.

So maybe a new direction for you?

Take a complete break, go out and do other things. If Fab isn’t doing it for you then find do something that does. Set yourself a time limit and come back after that point, maybe you will get your mojo back.

Fab is just a website, it really shouldn’t be a big part of your life.

Sometimes your libido takes a nose dive. Other factors such as stress, hormones, etc can also affect your sex drive.

I truly believe that taking a full break is a good idea occasionally. I just hide my profile and don’t log in when I feel meh.

I also suggest having your message filters on most of the time. Put some effort into finding the profiles you wish to engage with and make the first contact. Rejection really doesn’t feel anywhere near as awful as the constant drivel you have to put up with otherwise!!

Occasionally I open a filter for a day or two. I might find the occasional gem amongst the dross, but it definitely reminds me that I mostly prefer not dealing with the dross
