Cheers but I’ve already been in the change password page and it asks you for your current password (which I don’t know). Can’t see anything that says ‘forgot password’ anywhere either?

Apparently on the main page of the site before you login has the option as well below where you'd put your details

Log out the forgot password is underneath.
