I’m back after a hiatus trying to fix a relationship that has now come to an end. I have updated my profile to reflect this. Is there anything glaring that stands out negatively about my profile.

Nothing wrong with it. Decent selection of pics and the bio gives a good explanation of what you are looking for. You won't be everyone's cup of tea, and you're looking for quite a specific dynamic which will also limit your appeal, but on the whole I can't see anything negative about your profile.
