Yes I can still get fully hard and do ejaculate although volume is a bit reduced

But one of the balls is disappearing It started off life a bit smaller (all normal)'Then a couple of years ago it halved in size over a few months and srabilised But recently it has begun shrinking fast. I worry what happens next has anyone experienced complete atrophy. NO pain as yet and Still have all the usual urges I expect ive worn the fucker out

I had an ultrasound a while back but I keep saying I think it is a blood supply problem and I need a scan to the groin not for the balls themselves We make the wrong people doctors I need an engineer

Maybe try losing the cock ring, and I don't know if you use those knots on your cock and balls but maybe give them a miss too, to see if condition improves.

I had this back in my 30s. One ball just got a lot smaller. Initially there was a possibility it was cancer but thankfully, after it was removed it was all clear and put down to atrophy.

Following the op I still managed to father two more daughters so was firing on one cylinder juat fine until I had the snip.

For a party piece now I can get playmates to guess which is the silicon implant!

Ask for further investigation or see if they can refer you to a specialist
