Set all the rules, wants and boundaries beforehand and make sure everybody knows them.

All 3 of you have a safe word that instantly stops play without question.

We've had plays that have lasted 25 minutes and some that we have stopped halfway through for food and drinks so it's a very tough one to answer.

Time will fly , but best not have any rigid expectations of duration , there may be natural breaks where you have all exhausted each other , or imposed time constraints because one of you needs to be somewhere at a certain time
