Does anyone take a laxative orally or anally before play?

If so which one?

I will also probably try and flush well before play

Any advice gratefully received

Squirt some water in and then squeeze it out multiple times. Loads of tutorials on how to douche.

Eat clean healthy food for the 24/48 hours before. Avoid curry, fat, spicy stuff.

If you're serious about it, but a shower attachment. Well worth the investment.

Accept that some poop on the toys is expected and normal.

Have some baby wipes handy.

Psyllium husk capsules are a natural aid for a gentle “clean out” before anal play if taken the day before.

Followed by douching on the day.

A shower douche attachment is good HOWEVER make sure the water pressure is not too high and the temp is Luke warm

I would avoid the shower attachment for the reason the above poster mentioned - really easy to do a bit of damage with accidentally high water pressure, and the metal attachment itself.

Watch your diet from 2 days before and consider working up size-wise. A vibro dildo straight away may be too much in terms of size and sensation.

And yep, a bit of poop is par for the course.

I'm so used to using a shower attachment but I guess if you've never done it before it may not be the best way for you. If you do use water, don't overdo it, otherwise you'll be spending some time sat over the bowl waiting for the rest of water to travel back down south.

Or even worse, you might be caught short after you've already left the bathroom.

However if you do have the time to spare, it is a deeper clean if you use a little extra water. Still do not overdo it, though.

Never tried laxatives. I'm not sure I would go this way about it over just jetting some water up there. Can't really speak for how well that works.

Your digestive clock will not play ball, so you can only really control what you eat. Have a fibre based diet in the days leading up to it, stay away from alcohol & caffeine for 12 hours before. Once you started you're safe to drink.

Repeating previous advice. But a shower attachment douche and flush that shit out (literally)is my personal rec.

I have never heard of anyone taking laxatives just before they planned on anal play, but it sounds to me like the worst idea I've ever heard.

Some great advice here xxx

For me, I would be careful of my diet, but then douche with a bulb type douche … you can control how much you put in! … and it doesn’t travel up

So far. I will often also wear a butt plug for a while before ‘fun’. That will perhaps make for less of a ‘shock’ when you are first penetrated … also really gets you in the mood!!

… oh and plenty of lube! Xxx
