It's a legal thing. There are a list of things that The Government has decided are Too Obscene for publication. This includes "an act which results, or is likely to result, in serious injury to a person's anus, breasts or genitals" and fisting falls into that catagory.

It’s to do with public decency…. Or something like that.

Some of the rules are eyebrow raising at times, can have spanking photos but no videos, DVP yes - fisting no.

UK law only controls websites on UK based servers, or belonging to UK based companies. Our government have no jurisdiction beyond that.
