Hi...just wondered if anybody out there can help me.

For some reason my fab account won't allow me to upload any pics/vids to my fab profile.

I'm a paid up gold site supporter.

I press the 'choose file' tab and nothing happens at all.

Have I mistakenly locked or pressed 'not allow' on my phone or fab settings.?

My phone is a Samsung.

Really would appreciate any info, suggestions , general help with this matter.

It's so frustrating not being able to keep my profile fresh with new pics/vids.

I can send pics n vids on Kik and WhatsApp no problem at all.

Hope you can help me out fabbers.

Recommend you go thru all account settings on fab and on your Internet browser. I use Samsung and have no issues

Yes, this seems like a setting on your phone as I also use a Samsung and it is okay. Try sending the file to a PC/Laptop and uploading it that way to see if it works

Went through every category on my phone settings and eventually found an on/off option which was off for some reason.
