We have a veri to a couple who have a very similar profile name to the couple we actually did meet at a M&G at the weekend. We have messaged them to apologise but we would like to delete it as it was a genuine mistake? Can anyone advise please as we don’t want to get in bother for an honest mistake.

I'd say block then unblock as it forces the Veri to delete on their side I believe x

You can’t delete a veri unfortunately. The only way you can stop it showing on the other couples profile is by blocking them.

Just message admin to explain and ask them to remove it.

Or ask the other profile to do it.

An admin will have to do it for you. Ask the couple to contact admin and say it’s not correct and they’ll remove it

No, they need to remain blocked for it not to show but it's your choice to have it displayed?

Ahh wasn't sure as we had one that stayed blank even though the other party blocked then unblocked again x

If they sent it to the wrong couple, it's the couples decision whether to display it surely ? Admin need to be contacted to remove it

Thanks all we contacted the couple and admins to explain what happened we don’t know if anything’s has been done but I think we’ve kept ourselves right by contacting both.
