I think if you search, there are other threads on this issue elsewhere.
Good luck with your journey Dom, I don’t think any of us on the other side can understand the effect this will have on you, both physically and psychologically.
A few years ago, I met a genetic lady at a TV club. We got on fabulously, she was lovely, and had a real laugh. It was quite obvious from early on she had a ‘difference’ in that she was an amputee, and wore an artificial leg, which simply wasn’t a problem. Funnily enough, the conversation started when I thought she had injured her leg, as she walked with a stick. We got on to the point we were going to have some fun, she then said she also had a stoma … which was in no way obvious!, which she said was hidden with a belt… again to me this wasn’t a problem.
I won’t be graphic, but in the bedroom, she removed her leg, she removed her clothes, but left the belt in place… and we had an amazing, insatiable time with each other, in exactly the same way I have done with others. She was a gorgeous lady … and more importantly, a gorgeous person, that’s what it should be about!
There will undoubtedly be some for whom your difference will be unpalatable, and you have to accept that, and some that will move on from it and enjoy you for the person you are, not what you have, or don’t have!
