Is anyone else getting pestered by unverified users, either meet verified or photo verified.

You block an account and they just create another.

Why doesn't the site insist on all users to photo verify?

Go to 'account', 'message filters' and select the categories you wish to opt out of messaging you. The site will work the way you want it to then
