Touch of red swinger event

Hi, so myself and my wife are considering going to an event for the first time. Called a touch of red. Its in a wine tapas bar and afterwards you go upstairs to play. As women have dresses and heads of classy lingerie in red red. For the men it just seems jockstrap, mens laced lingerie, or fake leather hotpots. Any recommendations for anything else that men can wear.

Also considering going to a similar event but dress down at the dinner wine bit, any recommendations what to wear to such an event (prize for best undressed too.)

Dress code in wine bar is smart casual. The theme of the night is touch of red. And anything from dress down to towel/bathrobe to nothing at all
