Lol my ex got one, he was obsessed with his sin noodle being too small, it wasn't. Anyway he pumped pumped and pumped the poor thing to death! He ended up bruised and the skin split. Vanity huh

Pumps are meant to rehabilitate the penis to aid with ED.

They can lead to temporary gains, and some will say they permanent gains using them, but the jury is out.

they do work its just not permanent and its not massive gains i think channel 4 with that dr christian did a 3 month test and the guy that used it daily had gains of half a inch length and thicker girth but the moment you stop it goes away quickly ..

also the can do massive damage to the penis if not used correctly ..

they are used by diabetics pump and silicone cock ring to hep have some kind of penative sex too ..

I have one. Was given it by the nhs because of cancer. To be honest I have used it for retraining my cock, not for size enlightenment. I’ve found it worked, but uncomfortable. Luckily I don’t need it now as all works well. As for a toy, you’re having a laugh. Bloody awful

They work in much the same way as body building works to grow muscles; stop and your body quickly returns back to it's natural size, so the question is can you be bothered to keep using it 3-4 times a week?
