i know that people get loads of messages on here.but really if your nice and never rude why the hell can't people reply to you.

you never know the one you think might be a arse turns out he maybe the better one.so give us single guys a chance xx

ever been in the position of a single female or couple ? Many of the ones I know get swamped in messages, and could spend all day, every day saying " Thanks, but no thanks ",

You're saying " Why the hell can't people reply ", certainly sounds to me like you feel you have some sort of an automatic right to a reply.

I don't recall anything on here that says anyone HAS to reply and certainly nothing where every lady is obliged to let anyone who messages into her lady parts just to see if he's an "OK guy ".

If that were the case then there would be a lot of very sore chuffs on Fab.

Threads like this really pickle my raspberry, we had given some thought to me meeting alone so set up a single fem profile, said profile was set up on phone in a rush with no pics and profile text read " will fill in tonight " within 15 mins I had 65 messages. Most along the lines of " you look or sound great wanna meet up ? " now fuck me sideways, was I meant to reply to this tripe ? How the hell did anyone know what I looked like or indeed sounded like ? I don't mean or want to give single guys a hard time but get a grip !!!

I try reply when i can as does the Mr but generally we get so damn many its impossible to give a personal reply without copy and pasting something which again would you really want that?

I can see your point but you just have to take it as your not what the persons looking for x

I've given up replying if I'm not intrested, I found when I did reply polietly saying thanks but no thanks I would then get hit by loads of questions asking me why I wasn't intrested etc. I now find it easier to ignore. Also most of the time I'm logged in on my phone but maybe working so if I want to reply it won't be straight away.

There are some genuine nice single guys on Fabs and we will often reply to a nice polite messages from them, even the guy's below our age range ...but, nice polite guys or not, if there's no attraction to the guy, then we won't be meeting with him. A lot of the seemingly nice single guys then take encouragement from our polite 'no thanks' and start questioning us, sometimes asking us to justify our age preferences, asking for detail about the fun we've been having etc. etc.

A common scenario on Fabs and one which you'd be aware of if you had searched the forums properly.

We used to reply to all our mail, even if it was a nice polite " no thank you"

But we often found that some people would still mail us, which would then turn into mail ping pong, so now we don't reply to all our messages, and those that still send messages after we have said no thank you sometimes get blocked to save their time and ours

Does it mean that we all just sit and not exchanging at all???? Yes a female account will get lot of messages from nice ones to nasty ones. But I don't think any lady will be getting the same amount of messages if she never reply. The messages will dry up.

When you read some profile and realise you tick all what the person want, then you send a very polite message and get not even a NO THANK back, it make you wonder what else to do

Imagine you are a in a pub and say hello to a stunning lady and she just turn her back at you. I am sure you won't do that again

We are free to reply or not to messages. But ignore all messages will lead nowhere

The thing is that 'play'is to suit us , so we aren't ignorant but we dont reply to every mail we get, tbh we get lots and to answer every one would mean being loggred in all day just answering mail, there are no rules here, i mean who says we must speak to someone who msils us?. We hear quotes of 'manners'etc but you know what , we dont give a fuck. We use this site for our own ends and if that doesnt suit you then like i said, we dont give a fuck. We are one of the 'genuine' couples on here, in other words we do meet- as any of our veris will testify, but all you single guys that think you are owed a response, think again. We respond when we can 1. Be arsed or 2. Are interested in you. If you cant deal with it; tough we dont care. Many pther couples or single fems are just like us. Perhaps a bit too much for some of the fragile male egos on here....

Maybe I am one on my own ,but if I send a message I always try to be polite ( I would never dream of saying come on lets have a fuck or anything like that) It would be nice to get a reply and if it says not interested well thats me I would never dream about then sending any more except maybe a thank you for the reply

I'm not one of those females that gets 100s of messages every day. What I do have is a detailed profile setting out the type of men I'm looking to play with.

My profile also states if the person contacting me doesn't meet what I'm looking for I won't reply.

As I read the profile before the message, if they've got through my filters but don't meet what I'm looking for ie married, bi, can't accommodate guess what - I don't reply and don't have any intention to.

If however, they meet what I'm looking for but I don't wish to play with them for whatever reason, if they've made an effort with their message they'll get a reply - fair enough I think!

I say the same thing on all of these threads,...

A message of no thanks , has the same result as someone not replying ... IE... No meet ...

My suggestion dont check your outbox, concentrate on your inbox.. thats the one you have control over (control the controllables), you can decide what to do with those messages,..

Have fun fella.. thats the important thing to remember ...this is for fun..

Just checked and we have blocked you, is this us?

We block people who delete our messages without reply as they are obviously not interested and we don't want to bother them again.

I send lots of relevant business emails that do not get a reply so why can I expect to get a reply from a woman or a couple when my motive, lets face it- is to get inside the ladies panties.

Moaning about it is just stupid and wont help you to get meets.

I don't see much difference between an explicit 'no thanks' and an implicit one.

If someone's not interested they're not interested - why should I care why, or care how they decide to let me know?

That said, if I don't repulse someone sufficiently to compel them to let me know, I often take this to be a 'not right now' rather than a 'never in a million years"

There's any number of reasons why someone might choose not to reply and not all of them include a lack of interest. Leaving it a month or two and messaging again has often paid dividends in my experience.

Chippy we have you blocked and didnt reply to your message simply because you sent me a message with pictures of some silly outfit you would like to see me in and it included gloves. I dont wear such tacky stuff. Maybe look at the messages that you send people. We also dont tend to meet people so close to home.

On other sites there are in pkace an automatic reply button saying the likes of thanks but no thanks. I have suggested this to admin but nothing as yet on here.

I may be alone in this but I would rather NOT get a reply if the answer is negative. Seeing a message in my inbox is a rare enough occurance for it still to be exciting and seeing a "thanks but no thanks", however polite it may be, is a bit of a let down. I can see why ping-pong messaging starts (though I don't do it myself!) as two-way communication has now begun.

If I don't get a reply I take it she isn't interested and forget about it, no problem at all. Better that way in my opinion.

We get lots of mail everyday and simply don't have the time required to answer to all of them. We don't class ourselves as ignorant just unable to answer all of them. Sadly this is sometimes viewed as being rude or ignorant on our part. Would be good if there was a thanks but no thanks button that we could press with a single click.

I cant mail everyone back i get 100s and now in my box from this week still 600 to read x Now i love my mail and i say in profile i am not being rude just cant mail all back .. I agree its just basic manners but it will never change on here. All single blokes it seems are tar'd with the same brush. If I get a message I always reply interested or not its only polite

Its up to the person or couple if they reply or not . If i get a thanks but no i thank them for taking the time to reply and wish them well. If i dnt get a reply i assume am not what their after and move on . No need to b nasty or message again . They aint here to boost your ego or b brow beaten into meeting you . Just move on
