Vibrating Riding crop

I’ve had a vibrating riding crop for ooh about 15yrs (got it for a bargain £5 lol) and I’ve noticed the leather is starting to crack does anyone know if I can revive it or if I am going to have to admit defeat and say bye bye to it??
