Why won’t fabguys let me on,I’m a silver site supporter and done nothing wrong,says I need to photo verify,why is this,I’ve never had any problems before

We had to photo veri this account when we started in order to use the full site. It's not difficult to do or a big deal especially if you are a genuine account.
