What are the pain points and issues you've found when trying to organise a gangbang?

Getting more than 4 men to actually arrive or confirm, multiple message threads get wild and confusing so if there's a particular group of about..16 gents that can all come at once the Mrs would appreciate it

Hmmm i am curious.. never been to one and wondered how does the rotation work.. does each person has a maximum time to bang or as long as they please?

Also is position fixed (For the lady) or can the man adjust for optimum banging?

I've tried setting one up for Mrs. So much time wasted talking to people and then nothing gets fixed. Seems like a full time job

People, they're going to be a major headache for you in setting up a party.

Used to organise parties years ago and eventually gave up.

For every 10 invited guests you're going to be lucky if 3 actually turn up.

The lady who is going to be the centre of attention must be treated like a queen not used or abused by anyone, if they do that they get thrown out.the men should understand the rules and breaking them is automatic ejection from the party. If the lady says no, fallout it means no, not maybe. Frequent pauses for everyone to catch their breath and energy levels up are necessary and that means the host should provide refreshments and not just alcoholic drinks, water and soft drinks too because some might be driving.

Agree a start time and a finish time so that everyone can pace themselves.

The venue should be large enough to accommodate everyone and have enough parking so that the neighbours don't come banging on door door asking if anyone owns a car registration number ABCDEF.

Best places I found were holiday parks where I could rent a chalet or static caravan for the weekend starting Friday.

Hotels are good, but they are getting increasingly expensive and if you're party is poorly attended you're going to be out of pocket. Your own home can work, but nosey neighbours, parking and party members creating a noise nuisance and the mess stopped me doing it more than once.

Finding reliable guys.

Guys turning up on time, before the action starts.

Finding suitable venues. Hotels with no key cards. Airbnbs that are relaxed about events.

From a guys perspective finding reliable women. One guy we know used adultwork reversebooking and seeking arrangement. It's alot of work and expensive when guys don't show.

Meet the guests in advance, to help to sort out the unreliable and unsuitable. Pick some who have experience of gangbangs, perhaps from clubs.

Invite many more than you want. Have frequent confirmations from them that they are coming.
