Dogging advice needed

So I am totally new to this scene.

And am parked here at one dogging site.

There are 2 other cars parked

I have few questions:

Can I park close or next to another car which is already parked there?

How do I know if I should get out of car and watch them or if they want me to approach them etc?

Any thoughts?

Flash your internal light on and off if anyone is playing they will normally have their internal light on or flash their brake light
