Tips on "Our Place" Meets

Hi,

Anyone got any tips on finding a couple (MF) at short notice (Fri 30/11), just got a baby sitter so can accommodate for the first time ever!!!

It'll be our first meet too (excited!!!)

We are Manchester based

Even if you're planning on going back to yours - arrange to meet at a local bar/pub first so you can check eachother out.

It's a lot easier to change your mind on neutral ground than your own doorstep!

And if someone does turn up and is unpleasant or has had too much to drink it is easier to walk away from a pub or cafe and not worry about consequences.

With smartphones you can be back online arranging another meet in minutes if you decide someone is not for you.

We hate meeting people for the first time at theirs.

Can be awkward for both parties if one doesn't like the other.

Far easier and less pressure for both sides to meet locally to your house, in a pub for example or a few social drinks and then go back to your house if everyone interested.

I would go to club or party first ,have to be very careful,or meet in pub but make sure they are a couple before you identify your selfs,we will not invite single guys unless we have met them previous
