Hi guys what's the etiquette on here if you see a profile you know to be a lie because the guy is married. Iv seen a profile of a married neighbour claiming to be a single fireman. Do I name and shame or keep it shut. Thanks in advance

Keep it shut.

His business.

I personally wouldn't play with a married man, but it's quite easy to determine those that are with a couple messages, so even if profile says single, can be worked out if you're like me and won't meet marrieds.

I certainly wouldn't say anything to wife

Stay out of it! Don't get involved in someone else's marriage.

Is this the pot calling the kettle black. Your profile states you are straight yet you are looking for TV/TS

Why even feel the need to get involved?

you could try and name and shame him but the rules don't allow it. But its not your place really to do it as its not someone's place to tell your neighbours you are a swinger.

The best option is not to interfere but you do as you wish.

What would that achieve for anyone?

As others have said, you can often spot the married men even when they claim to be single.

This is concerning. Is he or isn't he a fireman?

You shouldnt name and shame on here

however if it were me and I had a hubby who was cheating Id want to know,

I heard (club smoking area years ago, so its not gospel) someone found out hubby was up to no good when the profile to include veris was printed and posted through their front door when he went out to work.

Im not saying you should do this at all but it happens more than we realise, personally I dont where I eat

Now youve put a thread on here highlighting this neighbour what would happen if his Mrs finds out...... Will he blame you or seek revenge?

Personally I think Ida kept it to myself or had a word with him something like......

Say mate I know its got nothing to do with me..... But Ive had a message off someone that says theyre going to tell your wife about you being on here..... He might then change come off here or invent a new profile ?

How do you know his wife dont know???

Hang on a minute...one minute everyones moaning about fakes etc etc..next minute they are being defended???..a lot of the no shows/timewasters are put down to blokes who 'are probably married and cant slip away from the wife'

You cant have it both ways folks..

Why the fuck is he pretending to be a fireman??..have they got a monopoly on being 'real men'??

You could go for a happy medium message him, tell him you know who he is and ask why he is lying, or warn him that you will report him if he doesnt sort it out

No ones defending him theyre just advising the OP to keep his nose out... If he did as you advise he could bring something onto himself..... Either an attack on his person or his property ie car or house etc

Like I said his wife might know or be in on it........ I agree he shouldnt lie..... Why dont they say married but wife knows or dont know? The amswer to why most people lie is that it gets em more meets.... If they get found out they can just pop up somewhere else with a totally new ID. Its something we've got to live with

Actually I don't moan about fakes, no meets or owt... I just think it is no ones elses business what the guy is doing, what he says he does or anything else.

That is between him, his wife and any potential meets.

Couple of points:

1) Technically - he is a firefighter.

2) And on the issue of being a 'single fireman(sic)' - there is only one of him - so that also comes under the definition of 'single' (if there were more than one - would he be paid multiple times?).

OK - pedantry over

It wouldn't be none of our business, so we wouldn't say a word over it.

How other people live their lives is up to them entirely. It only impacts if it brings trouble to the door - so to speak.

YORK/LEEDS/HARROGATE/EAST COAST/NORTH WALES

Probably not the most politically correct answer. But in a what goes round sort of way it has a modicum of appeal. First the most despicable bit is to pretend to be a fireman. I have put man as he is not claiming to be female TV/TS or bi, so despite the pedantic job description post on here saying its a fire person, in this context and on this site it could be more misleading!). So one truth, in the land of fakers, he is a man. But as the fire brigade comprises people who risk lives for others, shame on him for that pretence! Then the claiming to be single, could be wish full thinking, could be a near reality as divorce may be under way. People on here should know only to well we none of us know, or can judge what goes on behind closed doors. That brings us nicely to it being a neighbours door. There is a possible quid pro quo to be had, so while he is looking to play, maybe his wife is. The guy who put the original moral dilemma on here needs to ditch such qualms and start walking past her house with a welcoming flirty smile. Calling round when husband at work. Day one"Oh I thought you had a slow puncture, I may be wrong?"Day two be in local shop when she is, proffer a £1 coin and say "Hello again, I think you dropped this?" Day three a simple interjection on the state of the British weather. Day four "Hows your cat/canary/mother/car/husband!(why not!). Day 5, if you see her say "Sorry I cannot chat today Im off to do my voluntary work with small furry homeless animals". Day 6 "Would she like to call in for a coffee as she always seems to be on her own as you are?" Day Seven........ I believe the expression is "he who lives by the sword......" The scenario could only be improved upon, if in fact you were a fireperson!!!! Never mind tidying up someones else's life...get on with your own!

What's it got to do with you?

What if I saw a profile that I knew was a Grass without any discretion. What should I do? Should I grass him up?
