Thinking of breast enlargement help needed x

Hi ladies,

Any advice and help on breast enlargement would be much appreciated I am thinking of getting it done have had a zoom meeting and arranged a consultation in Manchester... can't remember name of doctor lol still waiting for information to be sent.

I have never had anything done like this before so any advice or recommendations would be most helpful before I commit to this xx thanks in advance for advice... oh and before the PM's start from men saying I don't need them please don't send pms reply in here only thanks.

I already told him I don't want huge I want it looking natural and it's mainly to look good in backless dresses where I usually need a bra to push them up to give a good look if that makes sense x

Personally I think your breasts are perfect how they are but if you want to go bigger, that is your choice.

Only advice I can recommend is thoroughly research where ever you plan to get it done, if you decide to get it done.

Had mine done with Transform at their Brentford hospital back in 2017, couldn’t be happier with the results.

I was looking all over including going abroad but I’m glad I stayed local, knowing that I could get hold of help if I needed it (which I didn’t)

Only bad thing for me was having sleep upright for so long afterwards. I always sleep on my side and found it almost impossible to sleep that way

There will always be those who tell you not to but your the best one to know what and why is best for you.

Hope you find a company/surgeon that your happy with

Thanks for that brilliant advice how long was it before you could sleep on side as that's how I sleep recovery time surgeon said was 4 weeks but I could go back to work on light duties after 2 weeks x

Must be something in the water...Had all my consultations and I'm going to get mine done end of this month! Woohoo!

Do your research - Google is your friend! I found a lot of "before" and "after" photos on the internet. Mostly from Californian practices but being oriental, there are more examples of Asians and Hispanics there I could look for realistic results.

Have you done the volume "cc" rice test? Worth a Sunday afternoon experiment.

Because of slightly higher (3-4% chance) of Capsular Contracture, I wanted under muscle but I was informed my current breasts are good shape and over muscle will enhance that more. Besides there is a three year aftercare warranty with Transform so I'm hoping things will turn out well.

Ty my surgeon was on about if something went wrong I would have to pay for implants again but they would do surgery for free or something couldn't really understand him but you and the other nice lady have both mentioned transform so may google them x

I was advised that I should sleep like that for the first three weeks I think but there was no way in hell I could do it in the end. Think I gave up after the first week of trying and then ended up in a kind of slumped position.

Transform we're great. My o/h had her boobs done years ago in London.. Still great now..my advice, use them. And go slightly bigger than what you want. As they Will settle and may not be as big after a few month's..

All i will say is READ READ READ.Make sure uve spoke with people who have had surgery done by the consultant. Under muscle or over?

But dont go to big. Im a natural 40gg bloody night.mare.. keep safe x

Thanks for the advice guys I really appreciate it for those who are saying they look good way they are im not wanting to go massive I just think a bit bigger to fill backless dresses when I have no bra to lift them giving the cleavage look when I have time I will post some pics might give a better understanding of what I mean will update here when I have uploaded them xx

You say you are having difficulty understanding your surgeon and the process involved.

Can I respectfully advise taking a friend to consultations and a notepad so you can write questions to be asked at a later date.

Is very important you understand the process, cost, aftercare, risk before embarking on any form of elective surgery.

Thank you a friend is coming with me and I'm not going to feel presured into it xx that's mainly why I was wanting advice would be nice if some lovely lady who has it done in Yorkshire could give tips or recommendations x

Hey, I’ve also been dealing with a surgeon in Manchester but also Birmingham and Swansea for a couple of procedures I will be having next year.

I’ve found joining a few surgery groups is a great way of seeing others actual experiences. It’s a minefield out there. So lots of research beforehand on lots of things including any revisions if need be. xx
