Fast opening of Video camera app

If you're anything like us and enjoy making spur of the moment video clips when the opportunity arises it can take time to open your camera app up and swipe to the video camera option.

I just found a way to add a video camera icon to your tool bar at the bottom of the screen (on Samsung Android)

1. Long press the camera icon and you will get an option for camera or video.

2. Press, hold and drag the video option to create a new icon on the tool bar.

This should give you a video camera icon which opens the video camera really quickly when selected.

Now you won't miss that moment when your exhibitionist partner flashes you or looks extra sexy rubbing lotion in after the shower.

Also handy you can set it that double clicking the home button will open the camera when it is locked

(On my phone it is double click the power button)

So you can hand the phone to the other person, they can video or take pics, but they can't actually access anything on the phone to send anything to others.

I've never actually used it for that though.

Same, I just double click and hey presto..camera at the ready

Motorola users can Twist the phone twice it will open the camera even when locked.

Also shake it and the torch comes on, shake again it goes off.
