Monopoly you buy your way out by removing the clothes rather than paying cash

Drinks game ping pong ball and drinks if it doesn't land in the glass you have to drink the dirty mixed drink of alcohol and remove item of clothing

Monogamy is a good game. Just adapt the rules a rule, change some of the drinking to more clothes removal or change to a naughty camera shot. Use the dice, if you roll an even number you have to do acts/instructions with your partner, if an odd number swap partner.

Couplicious is available on amazon and is a game for swinger parties. We are not a fan of a lot of the cards though, too medical or too wacky for our tastes (one is 'howl like a werewolf as another player moons' for example).

Game of lifestyle can be a good icebreaker but is more of a focused truth or dare than a real game. Very good for getting shy people out of their shell though.

Sexy jenga, where a sexual action is written on each brick is good but gets heavy quickly, and we have seen that in a couple of clubs too.

I have a jenga game and all the blocks have somekinda sexy forfeit on them. You pull out the block and have to do whatever it says on the block.

Just needs a bit of imagination and a sharpie!
