being cut can sometimes be a problem is applying shower gels direct on the tip... really dries the skin and causes cracking... I really struggled for a long time, Dermol 500 is the best thing ever for people with similar challanges

The 'Smelly Minge Debate' aside, there is a serious issue behind this. Some guys do have quite tight foreskins, and that alone can cause hygiene problems. It can make it difficult to clean out the 'residue' (yuck!) or 'helm-cheese' as my two boys delightfully call it. Boots do an unperfurmed soap for ladies for their smelly bits and it works for men too.

Shower gels and the like could react with your natural musk and cause and issue, with women soaps and moisture creams can lead to a 'floral' inballence called Vaginosis (BV) not contagious but smells like an old trainer!!!

Guys, if you have a forskin use an unperfumed soap and keep it clean, not difficult and not embarrassing to buy.

I use clean, warm water and no products and have never had a complaint.

Why would I try new products when trying others in the past has added to problems?

The foof is self cleaning and if you need to use extra products then you need to visit you GP or gum clinic.

I accept that many women use these products without a reaction, but for some of use they are part of the problem not the solution and medical advice is to avoid them.
