Hi, I'm 20 year old male

I use a cheap one from the site, it's easy and clean and if it's not for you then you haven't wasted a lot!

Or you can go for the budget version.....with the hose pipe in the garden.

I've never taken it. Wanna try. What I'd suggest is stick a funnel in your bum, ora pipe connected to a funnel and pour warm water down it
