But many - certainly I've come across - feel it 'clogs' Fab up and in particular irks many single guys who'd really like Fab to be Dial-A=Shag

Does that mean I shouldn’t be allowed to date from fab when I’m looking for others with similar kinks to mine? There are plenty of swingers looking to date and I can’t see why the two can’t go hand in hand. I wouldn’t have thought to use fab in this way a few years ago but I’m not looking to settle for a vanilla sex life when I’m dating so when I saw a good few guys from here using bumble and such for swinging I opted to use fab to find what I’m looking for.

I find fab to be a better place to find someone similar to date than a dating site. People on fab are more likely to be more open, and if you are meeting someone regular and you are both enjoying each others company then why not date. I think it's great it people end up together through fab. X

I met my husband on here as we where both in boring relationships and having to hide wanting sex with other people and for me I could never disclose my bi side to my previous husband. totally agree. If you wanted to find a partner who was into this kink, far better to find one on a site like this rather than risk an ordinary dating site and risk being ridiculed or even dumped (as happened to me twice!) for just bringing the subject up.

In my experience, dating sites are worse! Profile blurb covers up the one night stand or "I'll fuck anybody" personas... That's scarier! At least here most people are crystal clear in regards to what they want.

Just as another forumite said, it's no one else's business as how an individual wants to use their membership here in Fab.

This is a great place for dating if you want to be in a relationship and stay in the scene. And dating is perfectly legit IMO on here. It's a lifestyle site for many aspects of the scene, not just for hooking up.
