Someone mentioned this in another thread and I'm intrigued...

Anyone know much about it? (And I'm talking about the stuff that's for hair removal, not stuff that will make you see pixies). Anyone used it and can comment...?

Staffordshire Moorlands

I also saw it on the forum earlier and had never heard of it either! Did a bit of google research and it sounds good, so I went on ebay and purchased some to try! Only cost about 4 quid so worth a go I reckon

My wife has used magic powder, also purchased from eBay. It's very good. I believe its main purpose is for Afro Caribbean men instead of using a razor.

Thats probably the best idea to get a feeling for the stuff - and try just not to slap it on all over and cover your clit in it like i did the first time..

.

a few hot flushes were had at the time lol..

Will someone report back after using it please, I have really sensitive skin and I'm very skeptical about using it :/

I suppose if its only 4 poundish its not breaking the bank if I can't use it...

I too have sensitive skin and cannot use veet or nair so thought i would try this. Mixed it all correctly and even set a timer but sadly it still left my skin very sore and untouchable for a few days and hair remaimed. I am resigned to the fact its shaving for me with the complication of ingrown hair

Croydon

Have used this a few times 'down there' and find it works really well when already trimmed.

When the hair is slightly longer its not as effective.

DEF be careful as it can burn, but the reaults are awesome.. very smooth... and safer the using a razor!!

Find a beautician who uses tea tree oil wax - it's a pale green in colour.

I react to lots of things and most waxes trigger my eczema - except this one!

If you can find someone who uses it it's worth a go.

Just don't listen if anyone tries to.persuade you that whatever they use is just as gentle...

I tried it once and it's pretty good in my opinion. I tried it on my underarms first and I'd recommend anyone who hasn't used it before tries this first, to see how sensitive you are to it, and see how long it takes to work on your hairs. For me it was 7 minutes but may be different for other I'm sure. No good if you already have shaved armpits though I guess...just don't leave it on too long or it will burn. Try 4 mins, wash it off, if not enough try 5, 6. You get plenty of it so experiment.

I tried it on my face and it wasn't great, removed some but not all. Works well on pubes though, but I only tried it the once as I hated the smooth look, was like being 11 again.
